Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and Visualization:
- Develop creative ideas and concepts, often in collaboration with the marketing or creative team.
- Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual representations.
- Design Development:
- Create designs, graphics, and layouts using design software.
- Select colors, images, text style, and layout.
- Incorporate changes recommended by clients or team members into final designs.
- Brand Identity Development:
- Contribute to the development of brand identity and ensure consistency across all visual elements.
- Design logos, icons, and other branding materials.
- Print and Digital Design:
- Design materials for both print and digital platforms, including but not limited to: advertisements, banners, flyers, social media graphics, websites.
- Typography and Layout:
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
- Develop layouts, compositions, and production designs that appeal to the target audience.
- Deadline Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within deadlines.
- Quality Control:
- Review final designs and layouts to ensure they meet the project requirements and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw etc.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
