BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – AHMEDABAD

JOB LOCATION: THALTEJ, AHMEDABAD

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends within the manufacturing industry.
    • Analyze competitors’ strategies and offerings to identify areas of opportunity and competitive advantage.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Understand clients’ needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions and services.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  4. Strategic Planning:
    • Work with the management team to develop strategic plans and goals for business development within the manufacturing sector.
    • Identify areas for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
  5. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
    • Provide sales support through lead generation, proposal development, and client presentations.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
    • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
