BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – PAN INDIA

JOB LOCATION – THALTEJ AHMEDABAD

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry, including market segments, geographical regions, and target customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to execute business development initiatives and drive results.
  6. Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and ensure long-term business partnerships.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and business development activities to senior management.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our professional network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
