Our advanced leak testing machine meticulously examines each IV bottle, ensuring zero leakage. It uses round and oval-shaped bottles to detect pinholes left during the Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) process.

Our cutting-edge leak testing machine features a specially designed stainless steel or delrin slat conveyor equipped with pockets or pushers. This ensures smooth transportation of bottles to the rotating disk.

Leak Test Machine For IV Bottle

The rotating disk and star wheel are meticulously designed with a unique shape allowing bottles to rotate freely without any risk of damage. Simultaneously, the machine detects any leaks or pinholes with the help of an operator.

This machine is suitable for bottle sizes of 100,250,500,1000 ml.

Offers speed of 100 bottles per minute (depending on the size of the bottle).

After completing the IV bottle leak testing, the manual visual inspection process begins. This inspection includes thorough checks for any imperfections, maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The inspection of filled bottles is conducted to detect the presence of foreign particles and identify any deformations in the bottles. The centre track of the conveyor is utilized for the inspection process.

Our machine offers various inspection booth options, ranging from 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 on either side. Each booth is lighted with LED tubes for clear visibility. Additionally, a middle wall within each booth features black and white background vinyl sheets to inspect the IV bottles.

The inspection setup typically comprises a conveyor system with specific dimensions: 100mm wide X 3 standard Delrin slat and both side 9” wide S.S. working platforms. This configuration provides a stable and efficient platform to meticulously examine each IV fluid bottle.

The speed of the manual visual inspection process depends on the number of inspection booths and personnel.
