LOCATION: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.

    • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

    • Utilize multiple recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Collaboration:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

    • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

    • Facilitate and participate in the decision-making process for final selection of candidates.

  • Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

    • Manage and track candidate data and recruitment metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Employer Branding:

    • Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and other recruitment events.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

  • Onboarding:

    • Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the machine manufacturing industry.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
