Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Utilize multiple recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate and participate in the decision-making process for final selection of candidates.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Manage and track candidate data and recruitment metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and other recruitment events.
Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Onboarding:
Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the machine manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
