        Sticker Labelling System

                For Single Side / Double Side

This model is used for precise labelling on single side or double side simultaneously on any shape & size of containers. The machine operates at the speed upto 100 - 200 - 300 containers/min. (depending upon the label length). Different shape and size of containers can be accommodated on the same machine with / without the help of change parts. Two label dispensers operates independently which allows different size of label application on either side.

The latest Digital Servo Technology offers most precise placement accuracy. Also, unique spring loaded twin worm system virtually eliminates the use of any tools making it 'tool-less' operation for the quickest changeover and less down time for variety of products. Due to spring action, it ensures high safety to containers in case of toppling down & does not damage it.

Also, it can be designed to apply 3rd label (neck label) simultaneously on the product, if required.


Bottle Orientation Unit For Multi Product Handling w/o Change Part

                For Wrap Around Labelling

This model is used for Full / Partial Wrap Around Labelling on different size of round and other shape of containers. The unique feature of this machine is 'No change parts required for different dia. of containers' hence the down time is very less for change over.

The machine operates at the speed of 100 - 200 - 300 containers/min. (depending upon the label length). Separate drives for conveyor, wrap around and space creator is useful for precise labelling in case of multi-product with different label size. For dedicated product line, single POT speed synchronization is also available.

For wrap around labelling on rectangular & other shape of bottles / jars, various types of Rotary labellers are offered, depending upon output capacity required.

Rotary Labelling Machine

Automatic Rotary Labelling Machine is suitable for Wrap Around Labelling on Round Bottles and also 2/3 side Labelling on various Shape of Bottles e.g. Rectangle, Oval etc. Which is not possible with Linear Labelling Machines. The Machine can be used for diff. size of Containers with the help of change parts. The speed can go up to 100-400 containers/min. (Depending upon Container & Label size) with 4 to 24 head machine. The machine can be supplied with 2 - 4 dispensers depending upon requirement.

Specially Designed Notch Orientation System is used for Labelling on Cylindrical and Conical Bottles with Positioning of Labels at Specified Area.



                For Top/ Bottom Application On Any Product

This model is suitable for applying sticker labels on top of any type, shape & size of container. Depending upon the size and shape of the container, the conveying arrangement can be designed such as belt or Slat conveyor with pusher. Containers like rigid / flexible IV bottles, boxes, jar lids, cassettes, books & diaries, corrugated boxes, blisters etc. can be labeled on this machine. The machine operates at the speed of 100-200-300 containers/min. (depending upon feeding arrangement) Configuration of the machine can be designed as per specific requirement such as folding the label on 2 / 3 sides etc.

The same model is used for FFS Ampoule cassettes for Top & Bottom labelling with special configuration.

High Speed Ampule Labelling

These models are used to apply labels on ampoules & Tubular vials vertically at very high speed of 200 to 600 container / min. the Highest speed ever offered in india,high-tech latest Digital servo Technology is used in the machine. the loading & unloding is done with the help of a loding tray / conveyor & collectio tray in case of Ampoules & it can be in-line operation in case of vials. the special design has made it's operation jerk-less and smooth, which has reduced the breakage to virtually zero. These models are used to apply labels on Tubular & Moulded Vials and other thin Dia. Containers vertically at very high speed of 200 - 300 - 400 containers / min. the Highest speed ever offered in India, high-tech latest Degital Servo Technology is Used in the machine. For Wrap Around Labelling On Thin Dia. Containers

This model is used for full / partial wrap around labelling on thin diameter round containers. This machine is specifically designed for containers having dia. less then 30 mm. and which are not stable on the conveyor. The labelling is done horizontally with walking feeder type beam conveyor made from special engineering plastic to avoid damage to fragile containers like glass ampoules and vials. The unique spot wrap around system ensures most precise labelling on the container and eliminates the skewing of label on it. Containers like ampoules, vials, lip stick, battery, writing pens, marking pens, PFS (Pre-filled Syringes) glue stick, inhaler, dental cartridge etc. can be labeled with the help of this machine. The machine operates at the speed up to 90 containers/min.
The above machine is also supplied with spray checking unit for inhaler containers.

Tube Labelling Machine

This model is suitable for various dia. tubes i.e. 19 mm to 60 mm. The machine operates at the speed up to 60 tubes / min. Automatic feeding & air ejection system can also be provided for loading and un-loading of tubes. The machine comes with salient features like No tube - No label. Transparent film label can also be applied without eye - mark with the help of mechanical sensor.

Also, manual Single Spindle & semi-automatic Four Spindle machines are available for low volume production .

The Machine can also apply 2 labels i.e. front & back. Label orientation w.r.t cap or tube design can be provided. The machine can also apply front & back labels with orientation.

Stand Alone Unit

This unit can be used as Hologram applicator / Label applicator and it is fixed on existing packing line conveyors. The machine operates at the speed up to 400 Products/min. (depending upon product specification). Similarly, it can be used as stand alone unit for labelling where products are firmly hold on conveyor line. The hologram / labels pressing and folding device can be separately fitted as per requirement. The hologram / labels can be folded in 'L' or 'U' shape with special mechanism.

The unit can be fixed on counter-rewinder for applying VVM label as well as hologram application on label and film roll for pouches.

Counter-Rewinder Unit

For off line Bar code printing / Batch printing with various printers.
        For accountability of labels.
        Hologram / VVM label dispenser can be attached for labelling on roll to roll for pouches / labels.
        Air shaft & Web Aligner can be incorporated for flexible pouch rolls.
        Additional sensor can be provided for counter validations.
        Counter comes with "Preset Count" feature to stop machine after desired count.

                Economical Model

This is an economical, intermediate model between semiautomatic and automatic model and used for full / partial wrap around labelling on round / square and other shape containers where the output requirement is moderate. This is a version of automatic model VSC/VLC only, but with shorter conveyor length where feeding of container is manually, with fix distance between two containers, where the gap depends upon label length. Synchronization of wrap around with conveyor allows single POT speed variation. The machine operates at the speed up to 60 containers/min. (depending upon operator's efficiency ).

      Tablet Counting Line

                Automatic Unscrambler

Automatic Unscrambler is used for continuous feeding of Round bottles in up-right position on the conveyor. Machine comes with rotating Nylon wheel, air nozzle & special mechanical arrangement to put bottles in correct position. Different sizes of Round bottles can be run with the help of change parts. The chamber can be covered with Acrylic or Poly-Carbonate.

                 Air Vacuum Cleaning M/C.

Air Jet cleaning machine is used for internal cleaning of HDPE / PET / Glass bottles. The bottles are cleaned by means of Ionized Air & Vacuum to ensure highest quality standards. The machine is used for different dia. Round bottles with the help of change parts. The bottle are inverted and then Ionized air is flushed in and simultaneously vacuum is provided to clean the bottles properly and then bottles are inverted back to up-right position.

                Tablet / Capsule Counting And  Filling M/C.

        This machine is used for accurate counting and filling of all standard and irregular shapes and all sizes of tablets, capsules, caplets, soft gels etc.

        Multi-track digital counting system (12/24 tracks) Count quantity may be
set from 1 piece to 9,999 pieces per bottle.
        Counting Speed ranges up to 60 bottles / min.
        Perforated track and hopper are connected with vacuum for dust extraction.

Desiccant Feeder

This machine is used for insertion of Desiccant in pouches which comes in roll form.

                Cotton Inserter

This machine converts cotton into preset lengths. The coil is pulled apart into desired lengths by feeding through two pairs of pinch rollers, each piece is then folded and inserted up into a tube, forming the “inverted U”, the tube then moves over the bottle and the cotton piece is inserted into the bottle.

        This system is applicable for most weight and grades of continuous cotton in roll.
        Machine Capacity up to 60 bottles / min.

                Ropp / Screw Capping M/C.

As the name suggest, this machine is used for automatic placement and tightening of ROPP or Screw caps to desired torque.
        Suitable for various sizes of caps.

        PLC & Touch screen HMI is provided for controlling the volume.
        Liquid transfer pump, solenoid vales & all pneumatic operations are controlled by sensors and PLC.
        Different program data saving facility is available for different volume & size of bottles.
        The volume can be changed with HMI thru PLC eliminating the need of change parts.

                Inspection M/C.

3 track conveying system either of S.S. / Delrin slats or belt conveyor divided in 3 tracks by means of S.S. guide.
        S.S. Light canopy with Black & White back ground is placed above conveyor.
        Three track having either side un-inspected & center track with inspected containers goes further for labelling.
        The speed of the machine depends on nos. of booths i.e. nos. of person.

        Injectable Vial Line (Liquid/Powder)

                Automatic Tunnel Type Vial / Bottle Washing M/C.

This machine is used for washing vials and bottles with the help of different types of water & hot air. This is most commonly used model in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, distillery and many other industries.

        The vials / bottles are fed thru S.S. wire mesh conveyor.
        Vials are put into buckets in inverted position.
        The row of vials keeps on moving intermittently for individual washes as per the washing cycles planned.
        Now, washed containers are again inverted back to upward position and directly put on the conveyor or fed to sterilizing tunnel.
        The sets of nozzles enter into the vial mouth during the washing operation ensuring penetration of washing media to the core, a perfect washing principle.
        Water jets starts only during washing operation saves costly water, observing overall economy.
        The liquid level controller for each tank controls the water jets.
        Separate tanks for recycled water, DM water and WFI provided for ease of operation.
        The tanks can be easily removed for cleaning after each shift.
        Optionally, hydraulic loading platform & backlit inspection tables are provided.



            Vacuum Type Injectable Powder Filling M/C.

This machine used for filling injectable powder into vials & then half or full bunging. The machine operates with vacuumetric filling principle for precise fill volume accuracy.
        Sensor and solenoid valve system ensures no vial no fills.
        Spring loaded Teflon top seal for powder hopper reduces the friction to avoid chance of White particle shading during production.
        Doctor blade and wiper blade can be adjusted from outside also without disturbing any production, which saves lot of time, powder wastage and chances of area condition disturbance.
        Each port is numbered for accuracy inspection and for micro settings.
        Multiple dosing of injectable powder for higher volume.
        Special clutch devices are provided on vial separator for safety purpose.
        Vibratory bowl for rubber stoppering unit support to run machine with total claimed speed of machine. Optionally vacuum type bunging is also provided for half bunging for lyophilized vials.

                Powder Vial Inspection M/C.

Automatic on line Powder vial Inspection machine is used for Visual Inspection of Vials for Proper Filling, Rubber Stoppering & Sealing. The Vials are transferred to the slanted nylon rollers conveyor. Mirror is provide at back of the roller for the inspection of sealing area. Rotating rollers also rotate the vials & person sitting for the inspection checks presence of foreign particles, proper sealing & other defects. Defected vials are manually removed and put into the rejection bin. Two person seat across the inspection table in order to achieve the speed. The inspected vials are again collected on the Turn table for feeding to the lablling system. The speed can be controlled thru VFD.

        Double track slanted White roller conveyor for proper transfer of vials.
        Either side mirror in front of operator will make easy visual inspection.
        Production speed up to 120 vials / min (depending on vials size). Also 240 vials / min with 2 people on either side is possible.
        Input specification 25 to 40 mm dia. Glass vials & height up to 75 mm.


                Slat Conveyor (Swing Type)

        Available in various sizes as per client's specific requirement.
        Also, available Turning type slat conveyor to be used where space is constraint or special requirement.
        Slat can be of S.S. or Delrin Slat width can be 2” to 6” as per requirement.
        Swing action conveyor are specially used in complete lines for connectivity of two machines providing access to the operator of both the side of line.

       I.V. Fluid Line(For Flexible Bottels/Vials)

                Leak Testing Machine for Bottles

This machine is used for leak testing of flexible I.V. Fluid bottles.
        Round / Oval shape bottles are used for checking pin holes left during the FFS process.
        Specially designed SS / Delrin slat conveyor with pockets / pusherhelps carry the bottles to rotating disk.
        Basically the bottles are rotated between the squeeze rod and rotating disk with pressure so that the liquid will come out of the bottle.
        The rotating disk / star wheel is designed with special shape so that it allows bottle to rotate freely without damaging it.
        Usually the disk is made of Hylem material which is soft in nature.
        The pressure can be adjusted thru squeeze rod as desired.
        Suitable for 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml & 1000 ml.
        Speed up to 100 bottles / min.
        Leak Testing M/C for Flexible vials(Vacuum Chamber)

Vacuum chamber is useful to find out leakage in the flexible plastic blown vials after filling & sealing,which is very essential in pharma products to check individually on mechanical system like LVP containers,is a time consuming process,hence as a time consuming process,hence as a lot it can be checked under vacuum in vertical position & then turn upside down to ensure the checking of complete out in vacuum chamber with an adjustable cycle time.

                Visual Inspection Machine

        This is basically a inspection conveyor widely used for inspection of filled and empty bottles.
        In case of I.V. bottles, every single bottle is inspected manually for quality assurance.
        Inspection of filled bottles is done for presence of foreign particles and de-formation of bottle.
        The machine comes with Black and White partition for checking different kind of foreign particles.
        The machine has SS tubular structure with 3 strands SS / Delrin slat conveyor.
        The center track is used for inspected bottles, which further goes for labelling.
        The speed of the machine depends on nos. of booths i.e. nos. of person.


                Sticker Labelling Machine

This model is suitable for applying sticker labels on top of any type, shape & size of container.
        Depending upon the size and shape of the container, the conveying arrangement can be designed such as belt or Slat conveyor with pusher.
        Containers like rigid / flexible IV bottles, boxes, jar lids, cassettes, books & diaries, corrugated boxes, blisters etc. can be labeled on this machine.
        The machine operates at the speed of 100-200-300 containers/min. (depending upon feeding arrangement).
                  Configuration of the machine can be designed as per specific requirement such as folding the label on 2 / 3 sides etc.
                  The same model is used for FFS Ampoule cassettes for Top & Bottom labelling with special configuration.

                Packing Belt Conveyor

Available in various sizes : 9” or 12” width and any length.
        Food grade PVC coated canvass / Nylon sandwich belt (endless) can be available.
        Widely used in any packing lines in Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Distilleries & Breweries, Pesticides etc.

AIR VACUUM CLEANING M/C.
Air Jet cleaning machine is used for internal cleaning of HDPE / PET / Glass bottles. The bottles are cleaned by means of Ionized Air & Vacuum to ensure highest quality standards. The machine is used for different dia. Round bottles with the help of change parts. The bottle are inverted and then Ionized air is flushed in and simultaneously vacuum is provided to clean the bottles properly and then bottles are inverted back to up-right position.

        Bottle range 15 - 200 ml with 25 mm- 75 mm Dia.
        Speed up to 200 bottle / min.
        Interlocks like low air, vacuum and out-feed and in-feed jamming.



        Tablet / Capsule Counting And  Filling M/C.

This machine is used for accurate counting and filling of all standard and irregular shapes and all sizes of tablets, capsules, caplets, soft gels etc.
