This model is used for full / partial wrap around labelling on thin diameter round containers. This machine is specifically designed for containers having dia. less then 30 mm. and which are not stable on the conveyor. The labelling is done horizontally with walking feeder type beam conveyor made from special engineering plastic to avoid damage to fragile containers like glass ampoules and vials. The unique spot wrap around system ensures most precise labelling on the container and eliminates the skewing of label on it. Containers like ampoules, vials, lip stick, battery, writing pens, marking pens, PFS (Pre-filled Syringes) glue stick, inhaler, dental cartridge etc. can be labeled with the help of this machine. The machine operates at the speed up to 90 containers/min.
The above machine is also supplied with spray checking unit for inhaler containers.
